PU-foam-mattresses - much better than their reputation suggests.

Open pore foam has some advantages when compared to clean "closed pore" latex: The diffusion openess i.e. the openess of the pores in the materials. There is good reason why special profiled foam is used in the latex mattress. e.g. through the considerable diffusion, the air circulation is better than that with closed pore properties.

There is also PU-foam which results in fewer tiny microrganisms like dust mites or mould. A high quality WOODLAND-PU-Foam-mattress can act as a very good and durable mattress which does not make the bed too bulky (in contrast to internally sprung mattresses). They are also good orthopaedic aids and can help to enhance the environment.

The hard level of a WOODLAND mattress, which is free of harmful substances, is always self evident and coordinated through special strengthened slats which are standard on all WOODLAND beds. Here is the choice of our extremely high quality CFC free poly foam mattresses.

POLYDIN-2RV	Properties: Special poly foam mattress, removeable cover, can be washed in temperatures up to 95 degrees, suitable for tumble drying to DIN 13014, good moisture regulator, optimal in conjunction with WOODLAND-slats.

ALLEGRO	Properties: Non allergy-fully foam mattress made from poly foam, optimal protection from dust mite allergies - removeable cover through zips on the long and top side, cover can be washed in temperature up to 60 degrees, lined with mite repelant polyester material, good moisture regulator, good warmth regulation, highly durable elasticity, optimal when used in conjunction with WOODLAND slats, pipe lining.

Mattress-under-or over breadth (e.g. for special bed finishes) are available with a 15 % surcharge, under- or over length are available with 25 % surcharge. All the mattresses listed above are however available for the same price in the measurements 100 x 200 cm and 190 x 90 cm.
