| Why does WOODLAND have
no shopping basket ordering system?
Customer questions and queries have shown that
very few customers are prepared to buy furniture online. Before they make a decision to
purchase they normally like to have personal contact (e.g. by phone) without which the
customer is lacking personal advice. Then it is no problem for WOODLAND customers to
confirm the order by post, fax or email.
Nevertheless we are thinking about integrating an
additional "shopping system" into the website shortly, which will run parallel
to the existing order possibilities. If this idea is developed we will inform you by newsletter-service!
